we have a FORTIGATE 90E

on an android I downloaded the FORTICLIENT VPN version 5.4.0.0146

I always get the same error

sorry couldn't start connection "....."

error: Daemon Failure: SETUPTUNNELFAILD

server: is correct

port: is correct

name + pasword are correct

we tried this on an apple table with the same above settings there it works fine

the only thing that I can think is that he is asking for certificats but on android I can't turn them off
