Serial Number/Contract Query

Hi all,

 

could you tell me where I can find the link to operate queries regarding S/N to see active contracts and so on?

I remember that it was something like "Find Asset" or similar but I'm not able to find it anymore...

      hi,

       

      login to Customer Service & Support (support.fortinet.com). In the menu bar on top, choose "Asset", "Manage/View Products". You can search in the list or sort by serial number or filter by part or the serial number.

      Once in the 'Manage/View Products' screen, change from 'Basic View' to 'Details View' or 'Advanced View' in order to see contract information.

      Thanks for your reply but I mean the other query service, not the one that shows me only "mine" products.

        I did Enable Token at Fortigate Model 30E, but i am unable to get the Token Code on Email and on SMS or Via App.
        even i tried in maintenance mode ,try another admin , unset 2fa , etc ,   but no luck on any 

        please support , i am unable to login
