Security Fabric Settings

I have two fortigate , one of them is managed by a company and the other is now acquired by a company and we are installing it. I need to configure it like the other Security Fabric Settings , I'm looking at several links but I can't get it to work. would you have any videos I can watch to solve this ?

Looks like to me in both screenshots the Security Fabric is not enabled. 
If you are wondering why the GUI looks different, they are on different firmware versions.
