RingCentral & ISDB

Hello

 

I have a client that is asking to whitelist a bunch of supernets and URLs for the company RingCentral, but it appears that the ISDB that is created by Fortinet already has that as a default. There is over 2000 entries so I would assume this gets updated on a regular bases between Ring Central & Fortinet?

                      Thanks for reaching Fortinet Community. That is correct.

If the FortiGate has a stable internet connection and is able to reach FortiGuard servers, the ISDB will be updated accordingly.
