REST Documentation

Looking to leverage letsencrypt to provide a free SSL public cert for VPN via GetSSL and craft a plug-in that applies the new cert via API. I'm not sure why the REST documentation is behind a manual process to get access, but I'm looking for 2 Fortinet sponsors so I can have access to said documentation to build out the plug-in.
