Question

Quarantine?

Hi there,

 

I just set up the CDR action to "file quarantine" and set the quarantine location to "FortiAnalyzer", but can't see anything on the FortiAnalyzer itself.

Where should the quarantine files be shown on the interface?

    Hey , 

     

    If FAZ gets logs I would expect to see it under the logView Under security . 

    If you do not see any logs there  , I would suggest talk to the FGT support . 

     

    Can you see any logs being generated from FGT it self ?

    I can see the logs there, saying "content-disarmed" but can't find any place to click to get the quarantined file.

    Hey , 

     

    What do you see if you go the logView  under security tab ?

    Hi,

     

    Under security I have multiple options, but in this case I click "Antivirus". Others are Email, WAF, Web Filter, Application Control, IPS.

    Then, I see the entry with action "content-disarmed". I click and I see the details of that log entry. But nowhere to click to get the quarantined file.

    Hello, 

     

    I think under the Anti Virus you should be able to see the logs. 

     

    Can you check it ?
