Problems workplace

Dear friends, consult, I am having problems with a computer because when accessing WORKPLACE it cannot access video and voice when they are communicating through Workplace. Tests were made using an external modem on the same PC and if the audio and video works in the Workplace. the user can access that page but not the camera and audio.
