Is there a way to " recover" a Pre-shared key? I' d rather not have to create a new one and change everyone' s setup.

the PSK is stored (encrypted) in the registry. On the new PC, just create a tunnel with a fake PSK, then replace the stored value with one taken from a working PC. The key is at HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Fortinet\FortiClient\IPSec\Tunnels\TUNNEL_NAME\P1\AuthKey regards, martin

I would also like to know, for the very same reason. I have a backup to work with any PC based client. But I' m trying to set up a VPN connection on a WM5 device. I did notice you can sync your config with a mobile device from the new version of Fortinet Client, but I do not have a copy of Fortinet Mobile Client, does anyone know about this product. kind regards Matt
