phproxy, anonymous proxy

Hello, on larger networks we are having issues with this proxy bypass software-om as well as proxy bypass pages like www.phproxy.org where users are going around Fortinet filtering. Is there a way to block and stop this without too much hassle since our admins at customer' s sites do not pay attention to some stuff like " who is doing what" . What would be best practice for this since Fortiguard can' t do much about it ? Damir

    Hello, why not define meanwhile your own Local categories with www.phproxy.org and such websites, and apply it to your profiles with an Block action.?
