No events processed from domain Controller

I have one domain controller that I can not get login sessions to be processed.  All 8 other DCs work just fine.  I have deleted the DC in the Windows Event Log Sources and re-entered it with no luck.  Restarted DC and made sure firewall was off.  This issue is causing some staff in the building where the DC is located to not get the correct internet access.  Guides have been no help and Google searches result in nothing usefull. At a total loss why this one DC won't work and have no idea where else to look.

Running v6.3.2 on FortiAuthenticator

    Some questions:

  •  sniffer on 8000 port for that DC's IP ?
  • https://<FAC_IP>/debug  is showing something useful under FSSO window?
  • Fortinet SSO Methods > SSO > Windows Event Log Source  shows something different (besides the IP)  between this DC and the others?
  • Monitor > SSO > Domains  , by clicking on this to open 'recent queries' , failed or red colour?[/ul]
