New Device setup

I got new device and give lan interface ip but now i forget the ip . i am also trying to connect with usb but its not connecting . and secondly i don't know the wan ip , the ISP give me D.G as 192.168.100.2 and my Dhcp server is also 192.168.100.1 when i am configuring wan so its give me error ip conflict with Lan
