Question

Multiple performance SLAs

Hello team!!!!

In a FGT80F (Firmware version: 7.2.0) we have 2 SD-WAN members: WAN1 and WAN2

We have configured 3 Performance SLAs for both SD-WAN members

Many days ago, we had an issue with WAN1 ISP and a co-worker saw that only 1 of 3 perfomance SLAs had WAN1 as failing (Red arrow down), however the route for WAN1 was active and Forigate continued sending traffic through WAN1.

All the performance SLAs have enabled the "Update static route" setting

Should WAN1 be failing in all performance SLAs to get the route down?

Is there a way to change this?

Any idea would be appreciated

Regards,

Damián

yes it should. In all cases I had here it did just that.

Did wan1 not fail completely so only 1 SLA failed and the others still worked?

I just use pings to some servers for SLA - don't know what you have configured...

Thanks sw2090 for your answer!

Yes, only failed WAN1 in just one of 3 performance SLAs

We have 3 performance SLAs using WAN1 and WAN2:

* HTTP to www.google.com

* Ping to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4

* Ping to an own public server

Now are all working fine, but many days ago, failed WAN in just one of these, not sure in which.

Is there a way to configure this to disable the route when WAN1 fails in just one SLA?

Thanks in advance.

Regards,

Damián
