Anyone know what best value for sdwan SLA performance to improve network quality to microsoft teams?

Microsoft recommends the following metrics for quality calls:

 

MetricOptimalPoor
Round Trip Time (RFC 3550)< 60 ms> 500 ms
Maximum Packet Loss (RFC 3550)< 5%> 25%
Average Packet Loss (RFC 3550)< 0.5%> 10%
Packet Jitter (RFC 3550)< 3 ms> 30 ms

However, keep in mind if you are too agressive with switching SD-WAN that could cause issues when switching ISPs during a call.

There is no specific recommendation as it depends on the network topology and the ISP.

 

You can use the default value.
