Memory restrictions

Hello!

 

I found this datasheet: https://www.fortinet.com/content/dam/fortinet/assets/data-sheets/fortigate-vm.pdf

 

I noticed this line: ***Starting with FortiOS 6.2.2, RAM/Memory restrictions no longer applicable to all supported hypervisor platforms.

 

What does it mean? if I just add memory in a virtual machine, it doesn’t want to start.

My version is v6.2.3 build1066 (GA)

    Can you confirm you can add as much memory as you want?

    Don't think there's a license limit to the amount you can add. I've just created a FortiGate VM using the VM01 license with 32GB and it works fine.
