Local user cannot connect

Hi! I have a problem where new local users and users with passwords I modified today cannot connect with SSL-VPN. But there is one local user who remembered his password and he can connect. Users in AD can connect also.

I don't know when this situation happened. Device is FG81E with 6.0.10
