Link cannot come up

Hi all,

I'm having a strange problem and want to know if someone already saw something like this.

We have a Fortigate 40C and WAN1 crashed. Fortinet sent me a RMA and after few steps I reload all configuration and check all policys, address and so on.

I tested new 40C with an ADSL link and everything works fine (WAN1 and WAN2). I change both interface and routing at WAN1 to connect the link that is working at my old 40c, but I can't acess internet or even ping my gateway. If I change the configuration to my ADSL, I can access gateway and internet, and if reconnect the link to the old 40c everything is fine too.

I check with my ISP and they do not any MAC address restrictions.

Any help is very useful, I need to fix it before send my defective unit to Fortinet.
