LDAP user credentials does not work, invalid credentials

I successfully created a LDAP server on my Fortiwifi, The connection to the Server works, but not the user credentials says invalid credentials. I tried the credentials on windows and logs in successfully

The issue is resolved, when i created a user on the AD i had to uncheck the field change "password at first logon" and also change the Common Name Identifier as sAMAccountName
