ISC BIND Vulnerability

I have fortigate 300C  , I need Block ISC BIND: An error in handling TKEY queries can cause named to exit with a REQUIRE assertion failure (CVE-2015-5477) (dns-bind-cve-2015-5477) How can configure Custom IPS signature from the URL reference mentioned above.Please advice me.
