IPSec Incoming Data bar

If we go to ipsec monitor we can see the active ipsec tunnel and for every tunnel there are incoming and outgoing data traffic.

My question is in the incoming and outgoing data there are bar indicating the traffic. How much data in incoming or outgoing data so the bar will full?

The outgoing data 269.24GB the bar maybe only 25% from full, so what calculation to determinte the full bar?

The outgoing data bar will be full once it reaches the highest value among that you can all existing tunnels. Same for incoming data bar.

E.g.: if you have 3 existing tunnels, the first is 20 MB, the second is 10 MB and the third is 5 MB.

In that case you will se the first bar at 100%, the second at 50% and the third at 5%.
