Ip calling

Hi I have a fortinet fon-460i and a fon-375 and I cannot get the 460i to be able to direct ip call the 375 but I can get it to work the other way around. I dont have a system for them but i dont see why it wouldnt work without one. If anyone could help that would be great, thanks.
