Internet Services Databes Update

I couldn't find precise information how often the database of internet services is updated on fortigate and if it is possible to control this process the same way like we are able to control the schedule fro AV and IPS updates ?

im looking for the same info for 5.6

 

I see my DB's are out of date:

Internet-service Database Apps --------- Version: 4.00494 Contract Expiry Date: n/a Last Updated using scheduled update on Thu Dec 20 20:31:30 2018 Last Update Attempt: Fri Dec 21 12:31:23 2018 Result: No Updates

Internet-service Database Maps --------- Version: 4.00494 Contract Expiry Date: n/a Last Updated using scheduled update on Thu Dec 20 20:31:30 2018 Last Update Attempt: Fri Dec 21 12:31:23 2018 Result: No Updates

 

ISDB says the latest version is 5.00420

So the question is why are they not being updated?
