internet access

Hello All,

 

I am writing to you regarding the internet access problems in our six branches.

 

Our problem is, Some employes visited another branch offices can’t acess to internet. Homever He can access to intenal recources For example, When the computer ‘’BT347823’’ came from Kadıkkoy to Bakırköy branch no access to internet.

 

It’s can not access to any website http or https but it’s access to intenal recources file server.

 

Kadıkoy has ip adress 192.168.100. x Bakırkoy has ip adress 172.16.90. x

 

The computer recevied ip adress from Kadıkoy DHCP server is 192.168.100. 26 When the computer ‘’BT347823’’ came Bakırköy branch offices recevied ip adress DHCP server is 172.16.90. 26 .

 

Ä°n Additionaly, We installed Authentication Gateway on Domain Controller. Would really appreciate some help.

    Hi,

    it is unfortunately very little info here.

    From note on Domain Controller I guess that you are using some sort of FSSO. But AFAIK Fortinet is not making anything named "Authentication Gateway", maybe it is Collector Agent, or DC Agent (both FSSO components), or it might be even something 3rd party, I'm not sure.

     

    I would suggest to use support contract of your unit and open technical trouble ticket on https://support.fortinet.com And we will need to know a bit more about your network, like config of involved FortiGate units, if FSSO is used then config from collector and log from there. Kindly put at least FortiGate configs, network diagram and all your debug outputs into initial ticket update. And colleagues will guide you through the rest of troubleshooting.
