Internal Server Error on 200e

Hello I'm getting "Internal Server Error" when I try to activate the tokens on our 200e (added an image)

can someone help me figure out what's going on?

    Hi Trojan,

     

    Could you confirm if the licenses are already mapped with device serial number on which you are importing the tokens?

     

    If the firewalls are in HA, please make sure you are importing the tokens on the device which is actually mapped with license.
