Installation Rolling back

Each time I try to Install Forticlient , it rolls back .

How do I move forward.

I though the log (FCTInstall.log) file would be useful to attach to this post, but it is about 1.6mb in size and your file limit is 200k.

Is there any other way I can send the file to you.
