dear mam/sir,

i need to upgrade the firmware of the fortinet

this is my client’s fortinet

to repair fortinet i want firmware of FWF40C3912006020 fortiwifi -40c

The firmware should be available on support portal: support.fortinet.com but you need a valid contract for that.

hello sir/mam
this is the older fortnet i didn’t find any firmware of this version SN FWF40C3912006020 of the fortinet
the user is not ready to replace this device so we need to upgrade or downgrade the firmware
