HTTPS webpages problem

Hello, I have 2 leased lines at my network, and doing load balance for my users 50-50 , 2 days ago all users of the first line cannot open https websites though http websites works just fine, while all users on the second line have no problem what so ever, any idea how to get this fixed.. Appreciate your time and help

    The cli cmd diag debug flow and inspecting your traffic and policy would be a must. Sounds like , policy and or if SNAT is being used is broken, but since you said "http" works find, inspect the policy id# and ensure https is included

     

    Outside of the above, you would need to provide more details and or topology
