Greetings, community. I hope you are doing well. I am trying to reach a Fortigate 80F through the LINKDDNS, but I am unable to access the device. However, when I ping the public IP and the LINKDDNS of the device, I do not experience any packet loss.

On your front-end router you need to configure port forwarding, i.e.: TCP 443 external -> 443 internal.

By the way for security it is not recommended to open FG management on WAN.

What do you mean by LINKDDNS? Do you mean Dynamic DNS?
And do you mean you can't access FGT via HTTPS/SSH?
Is your FG connected to WAN via a router? Is it in bridge mode? Otherwise did you configure port forward on your router?
