Hi all,

I've a FortiAnalyzer 100 and the hard disk is dead. Could someone tell me the process to change the dead drive for a new one? Does it need to be the same size? Or can it be smaller?

The error I have on the FA is here. I've tried check and rebuild it but nothing.

Have you tried removing and reinstalling that drive? That may buy you some time.

Thanks for the reply. I was going to but my question is does the drive need to be the same size? Or can it be smaller than the original? Once the new drive is installed what commands do I need to run to prepare the drive?

    Cheers,
