Global ADOM - Dynamic Objects/Interfaces

Hi, just to confirm, it is NOT possible to create dynamic objects/interfaces in the Global ADOM right? I cannot see the Per-Device Mapping option when creating a new address or normalized interface object in the Global ADOM. Thanks.
