GeoLocation Validation

Hi All, 

Been using the Geo Location to limit the source IP to a certain hosted service.

Would like to know how does Forti maintain / verify the Geo location of the IPs? 

Coz I noticed some IPs in the IPS that are outside of the allowed countries (verify thru online ip search), but listed as under those countries allowed.
