@Carl Windsor Hi Carl, I was just in Switzerland and deployed an Authenticator, and we discovered a nasty bug. After a few hour the log fills with these logs, it cannot contact Fortinet, and provisioning the FortiMobile Tokens fails, only solution is to reboot the authenticator, then its good for a few hours more until next time. I have tried with both DNS and IP to the fortinet registration server, but its the same. 6030 Tue Jan 29 22:18:52 2013 error Event System 30909 FTM polling error: 208.91.113.68:443 admin 6029 Tue Jan 29 22:18:22 2013 error Event System 30909 FTM polling error: 208.91.113.68:443 admin 6028 Tue Jan 29 22:17:52 2013 error Event System 30909 FTM polling error: 208.91.113.68:443 admin 6027 Tue Jan 29 22:17:23 2013 error Event System 30909 FTM polling error: 208.91.113.68:443 admin 6026 Tue Jan 29 22:16:52 2013 error Event System 30909 FTM polling error: 208.91.113.68:443 admin 6025 Tue Jan 29 22:16:22 2013 error Event System 30909 FTM polling error: 208.91.113.68:443 admin 6024 Tue Jan 29 22:15:52 2013 error Event System 30909 FTM polling error: 208.91.113.68:443 admin 6023 Tue Jan 29 22:15:22 2013 error Event System 30909 FTM polling error: 208.91.113.68:443 admin 6022 Tue Jan 29 22:14:52 2013 error Event System 30909 FTM polling error: 208.91.113.68:443

When you say the " the logs fill" , are you suggesting the disk fills or that there are just lots of these logs. Which build are you running?

OK, I have just tested with a clean install and all is looking OK here, I can access the FTM network. I would confirm the basics first: - DNS set correctly - Default route set and can route to inetrnet - Date/Time set correctly (NTP synced preferred) - Outbound port 443 allowed Once you have done this, if the error persists, collect the debug logs from: https://<FAC_IP>/debug/apache-error/ and open a support ticket. Feel free to PM me with the details and I will pick investigate.

Yes it works very well for many hours, then all of the sudden the log says it cant poll the network, and it tries every 30 seconds until we reboot it. Im gonna collect the logs and open a ticket, and I will let you know. Thanks!
