FSSO Weird Issue

Hi,

I have FG 80c v5.2.2 and I have this weird FSSO issue. Whenever i define an FSSO group in the security policy as source users, internet access is down and nobody got authenticated. When I remove the FSSO group from the security policy, everyone got authenticated and access the internet. When I viewed the "Monitor - Firewall" section, I found users are listed as FSSO.

What on earth is going on with this unit?

Please suggest if upgrade is possible. Last time I upgraded the unit to 5.2.4, the unit's storage corrupted and I had to send it abroad to fix it. When I received it, issues still exist. I am bloody afraid to upgrade it again.
