Im planning to upgrade our FSSO Agent to version to 5.0.0304.
But on our Citrix servers we are currently running TS Agents with version 5.0.0294.
Would this cause any issues? I cannot find any information about running diffrent versions.

Generally speaking there is no known limitations in the case of using different versions of the CA and the TS agent.
The logic and approach of delivering the user terminal session to the CA is still in place so you are safe to have different versions of the CA/TS Agent.
Later on, you can upgrade the TS agent to the latest version as well, as the newer versions do bring new features/bug fixes.
