forward logs issue

ok so a weird problem has happened with one of client lately . its new site we are using explicit proxy on LAN the problem is that logs are appeared in forward traffic but after after 30 min and says it was before 2 min !!

we were using memory and FAZ

no we are using Disk and FAZ to store the logs

The delay is observed on the FAZ only or on fgt also?

It could be a disk issue on your fgt unit. If it was only on the faz, I would ask you to capture the traffic between fgt and faz to see if comunication is ok, but since you have trouble to see the logs from disk as well, it can be a disk issue. If its viable for you, use formatlogdisk. Remember that if you do this, you're going to erase the logs on your fgt's disk.
