FortiNAC Master Process is Down

Thank you for using the Community Forum. I will seek to get you an answer or help. We will reply to this thread with an update as soon as possible. 

1. Which FortiNAC software version are you using? (get system status)
2. Did it work fine before or it is a new deployment?
3. Try search for the log file of nac.service to see if there are more details inside. I currently don't have a FNAC in my lab but the log files should be somewhere inside /bsc/campusMgr or /bsc/logs, or in case you don't find it then you may check if there are relevant logs in /bsc/logs/output.master
