I have device profiling rule to move all ipphone to IPPhone group. Test the rule manually for one ipphone and the rule is matches, but why the IPPhone group not have any member?

Have you tried deleting the IP phone and allowing it to be reprofiled? After the device is registered, it may no longer be moved to the group afterward. To prevent other rules from matching, try moving this rule to the top rank.

I try delete one ipphone device then i re-plug the ipphone but still the ipphone not move to the group even the rule is match.

In my first picture above, is the rule will run every any devices connected to the network and every 5 minutes?
