Fortimail Issue

One User is currently experiencing:

1. All sent emails are deleted

2. Received emails are double in inbox

 

How to fix? Please help

  1. Does the user have a specific outbound policy? If so then check the profiles used in that policy.
  2. Check the session logs to see why the e-mail is deleted, and to see which policy is handling his inbound/outbound mails.
