Fortiguard blocking java install

When my users go to update or install java, they get the error included in the pic. I' ve tried adding in the http://javadl.sun.com to the url filter and to the override, but neither seems to work. In the protection profile, everything is allowed except for controversial. well, pic won' t upload so here is the error: Error 1606. Could not access network location http://javadl.sun.com/webapps/download/GetFile/1.6.0_05-b13/windows-i586/ja160000.cab any help is appreciated. Thanks.
