Same IP Address, same rule and same port, but why does it go through one and hang in the other?

Can you please share the results in detail for the traffic log which got UTM blocked?

    I can't post the details, but it's exactly the same.

    Hello,

    Can you share at least which security profile blocks it?
    It could be that you have a policy in flow mode and since the inspection would be "inline" so the packets would be inspected while the traffic is flowing, it seems like some first packets are "allowed" and then the communication gets blocked after recognizing an  AV signature (for example).
