Fortigate Traffic Shapper

Based on my understanding of the scenario, one possible approach would be to use traffic shaping to give traffic destined for 10.10.10.10 a higher priority than other traffic. The exact behavior can depend on how the traffic-shaping configuration is designed and how the available bandwidth is intended to be shared.

One approach is to use traffic-shaping policies to match the relevant traffic and apply the appropriate shared traffic shaper. For example, traffic destined for 10.10.10.10 could be associated with a higher-priority shaper, while other traffic could be handled by a shaper with a different priority, depending on the desired bandwidth-sharing behavior.

A separate traffic shaper does not necessarily have to be created for every individual host. The same shaper can be referenced by multiple policies when the same shaping requirements apply.

My scenario is :

Spoke subnet : 10.7.0.0/16

Hub subnet : 10.10.0.0/16

Then i need to prioritize traffic from spoke to 10.10.10.10 in the hub, so can i make traffic shaper only for this specific host (traffic from 10.7.0.0/16 to 10.10.10.10/32) or i must create another general traffic (traffic from 10.7.0.0/16 to 10.10.0.0/16) with medium or low priority?
