FortiGate Cloud Status: Error Logging In

Hi,

 

I am seeing that error in my dashboard, and was planning to click the 'Activate' so I can log in button but its greyed out. I do not have the full subscription to the FortiGate Cloud. Is this the reason why?

You did not share the error message or screenshot.

 

If you registered at https://support.fortinet.com , you should be able to check the License info for your FGT.

Or if you can share your FGT SN, I can check it for you.

This is the error I am seeing:

I do not have full license for the FortiGate cloud. Could this be causing the issue?
