FortiGate API Documentation in DevNet?

Hi, I'm considering to purchase a FortinetDeveloperNetwork subscription as I intend to use the legendary API to start, stop and monitor VPN tunnels from a custom Dashboard.

Basically, I'd like to use the API for things like "diagnose vpn tunnel down <name>", getting status infos etc.

 

So, before I subscribe to FNDN, my question is: Does the API support such functions?

    I believe that the API will be free in a near future :)

     

    About you question: Yes. Have it...

     

    /vpn/ipsec/tunnel_up/ and /vpn/ipsec/tunnel_down/

    Extra Parameters: p1name - string - IPsec phase1 name.

    Hi, thanks a lot Paulo. That makes me quite confident that this is the way to go. Any more details about that "near future"? But I guess that's already asked too much :)
