Fortigate Alert Problem

I want to send an email when an interface goes down on the Fortigate firewall or when an IPsec tunnel goes down. I couldn't find any articles mentioning a trigger that would send an email for a specific interface or a specific IPsec tunnel. I have a specific interface I want to set up. How can I configure this?

Should I wait for the IPsec or interface to go down for the logid shown here?

The logid is a general message that Interface status changed.
