Fortigate 500D Action=Timeout

Hello,

We're seeing frequent "action=timeout" in the Forward Traffic Log. What can we do to narrow down the cause of the timeout?

Also, I'm seeing craction=262144 for these timeouts. I can't find any info on what that means.

Best bet may be a TAC case. You can modify the TTL as required for certain apps.
