FortiClient connection error

Good afternoon.

Recently my FortiClient reported an error when typing the token, I removed it by uninstall, downloaded the latest version and installed it again.

However, the error persists.

The following appears in the LOG in file fortiagent.log:

20200219 18:39:43.432 [sslvpn:INFO] unknown:0 store cookie failed. 20200219 18:39:43.433 [sslvpn:EROR] libsslvpn:574 Failed to login to fortigate : -130

Would anyone know how to solve the problem? My environment is a MacOS 10.5.3
