Firmware update through upstream proxy

Hi, quick request, as anyone had success with Fortigate firmware upgrade via Fortinet servers through an upstream proxy?

I have followed the guidance on http://kb.fortinet.com/kb/documentLink.do?externalID=FD36587 but still no luck, just looking for any real world experience for someone who have managed this before.

Last question - I assume the connection is HTTPS / port 443 outgoing.

Upgrade the unit via you webgui admin session. I don't think you can upgrade the FGT to the support site directly and by using a proxy.

KB mentions what's supported by the proxy setup ( AV IPS updates ), not firmware unless I missed read it.
