File filtering

I believe in earlier versions I was able to have a file type rule that prevented for example *.exe and *.zip I see you can keyword these but if you happen to land on a site that has this in it I only want to prevent the downloading of the file. I had amazon blocked and it mentioned a keyword and found that it was blocked because of *.zip and then a few minutes later you could get there and I am guessing there was some type of rotating content on the page. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
