On the Lifecycle announcements from the support website, there's no 60D mention.
I know that 60D is a model from 2013 and now this hardware has 4 years old.
Is there any other way to confirm the lifecycle from a 60 D-series model ?

The Lifecycle announcements page on the Support Portal is updated prior to Fortinet announcing the end of sale of a given model. If the FortiGate 60D does not appear in the list it means that it has not yet reached that point.
As an example, the announcements released today concerning certain FortiADC products are already on the Support Portal.
You may also note that for recent announcements there is now a download link from the Lifecycle announcements page to the full announcement.
