Feature request procedure

Hi, I' m trying to open a feature request with Fortinet (for RFC50723 IPv6CP) for more than a week... and I still can' t get the procedure right! 1) Tech support refer me to sales 2) Sales got no idea what I' m talking about, refer me to tech support 3) Product management refer me to my SE, which I don' t have as I' m a small account (1x 200D) or sales (back to 2.) So does anyone without an SE managed to open a Feature Request, alternatively can small account access/approach an SE? Thanks! Stephane

    Stephane, You need contact a local SE of your country or region. Even a small account, the SE will listen to you and open a FR.
