    Hello,

as in another thread (https://forum.fortinet.com/tm.aspx?m=116000) the build 638 is the 5.2.1 build.

To upgrade to 5.2.4 build you should check the FortiAP 5.2.4 release notes (http://docs.fortinet.com/uploaded/files/2532/fortiap-524-release-notes.pdf) as it states that you need an intermediary image :

Please use the following upgrade path to version 5.2.2 or newer:

    v5.2.1 > FAP_320C-v5-FLASH-UPGRADE-fortinet.out > v5.2.2 or newer.

The FAP_320C-v5-FLASH-UPGRADE-fortinet.out image you can found it in the 5.2.2 folder on the support.fortinet.com website.

Let me know if that helps,

    Regards,
